Distribution is a flat-out business. Trucks roll at dawn, the warehouse floor never really sleeps, and the year passes faster than anyone expects. Once a year, we step out of all of it together — onto a cruise deck, into a paintball field, across a high-rope course — and once a season, we just go for bubble tea. By the time we come back, something quiet has shifted. The team feels closer.

Then the day cracks open: paintball masks on, harnesses clipped, helmets snug, a zipline humming across the hills. Sales, finance, IT, logistics — for one weekend, all the same team.
A coach with a starlit ceiling rolled out of Ipoh before the sun was up. By afternoon we were on the cruise deck — one half of the team splashing in the pool, the other half floating on their backs in a perfect line under an open sky. At night the ship cut through dark water and we cut through the karaoke playlist.
One day out as one team — sales, finance, IT and logistics shoulder to shoulder. Laughter on the bus ride out, group photos that kept the WhatsApp group buzzing for weeks, and a few candid frames that still make us smile. The kind of outing that reminds you why we keep doing this.
